Tavira Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, or natural causes.


5. Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
  • Customers must report defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • For approved returns, Tavira Jewels will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Earrings, customized jewelry, and sale items are strictly non-returnable.
