At Tavira Jewels, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. We only accept returns in case of a defective or damaged product.

1. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@tavirajewels.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach product images and an unboxing video showing the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

2. Shipping for Returns

If the product is confirmed defective/damaged, Tavira Jewels will cover the return shipping cost.

For any other reason, returns are not accepted.

  1. Earrings, customized orders, and sale items are non-returnable.
  2. Returns are not applicable for change of mind, size, or design preference.
  3. If approved, we will arrange an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.
