At Tavira Jewels, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. We only accept returns in case of a defective or damaged product.
1. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@tavirajewels.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach product images and an unboxing video showing the defect.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
2. Shipping for Returns
If the product is confirmed defective/damaged, Tavira Jewels will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other reason, returns are not accepted.

- Earrings, customized orders, and sale items are non-returnable.
- Returns are not applicable for change of mind, size, or design preference.
- If approved, we will arrange an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.
